Their food—each dish clearly shows their dedication and commitment to quality. started with the Thai Esarn sausage—savory, perfectly spiced, and authentic. The dumplings with takoyaki sauce and Japanese Mayo were delicious, just as expected. For the mains, A set of E-Sarn food —sticky rice, Som Tum Pu Pla Ra ( papaya salad), and Thai grilled chicken. Everything was spot on—the grilled chicken was juicy with that smoky char, and the papaya salad very authentic BKK street food. But my favorite was the crazy stir-fried noodles—a creative and mouthwatering mix between Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory. Just hit the spot!! “ We had heard about Thai the Knot in the community and came highly recommended. We called in advance to make a reservation, since it was a larger party. They had a great menu and selection of some exciting dishes, we went with the pad Thai, pad see ew, and shrimp fried rice, the shrimp was cooked to perfection and they ensured that no cross contamination took place due to dietary restrictions. The presentation was delightful and the portions and flavors were excellent. The prices were reasonable for the area. They even had an adorable play area that was dedicated to children which was well maintained with a variety of toys. Mary our server was friendly and attentive to all our needs providing excellent customer service throughout our visit. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and hope to visit again. ”
